Ingredients & Directions

Preheat oven to 325

In order given, add and stir together, by hand in a 3 to 4 Qt bowl: Mixture is lumpy, but well blended

  • 1 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick softened butter (1/2 cup)
  • 4 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup Lady Jane Toasted Hemp Seeds
  • 1 cup Hempagizer (or Lady Jane Hemp Flour)
  • 1 cup unbleached flour (or Gluten free flour blend)

Place into prepared muffin cups and bake for 40 to 45 minutes
VARIATION: For small bite size muffin, bake 25 mins
Make into banana bread by baking in 2 bread loaf pans for 60 minutes
