Jane’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

You'll need:

  • ¾ cup organic cane sugar                                        

  • ¾ cup packed organic brown sugar                          

  • 1 cup butter (2-sticks)                                  

  • 2 large eggs                                                

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup unbleached wheat flour or Gluten Free flour blend        

  • 1 cup Hempagizer or Lady Jane Hemp Flour                                                      

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • ½ cup Lady Jane Toasted Hemp Seeds w/ Sea

  • ¾ cup rolled oats  

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips  

Directions:

  1. Beat sugars and butter until creamy
  2. Add eggs & vanilla
  3. Mix well
  4. Slowly blend in flours & soda, alternating with water
  5. Add walnuts, toasted seeds & oats
  6. Stir in chocolate chips
  7. Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon (depending on the size you want) on a non-stick or greased cookie sheet
  8. Bake at 350 to 375 for 8 – 11 minutes.
