Jane’s GLUTEN FREE BarB-Q Pork Steaks

This recipe is from my long time friend Janine who's had to eat GF for years. Thanks for sharing!

Ingredients
• 4 steaks cut 1/2” thick
• 1/2 cup Lady Jane Hemp Flour or Hempagizer
• 1/2 cup White Rice Flour
• 1/4 teas Thyme
• 1/2 teas Ground Coriander
• 1/2 teas Cumin
• 1/2 teas Dry Mustard
• 1 TBSP Flour (hemp or rice)
• 2/3 cup Ketchup
• 3 TBSP Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Vinegar
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350

2. Combine the following in a small bowl:
• 1/2 cup Lady Jane Hemp Flour
• 1/2 cup White Rice Flour
• 1/4 teas Thyme
• 1/2 teas Ground Coriander
• 1/2 teas Cumin
Place into a glass pie plate and set aside

3. Pour 2 Tbsp melted butter in a medium glass prep bowl
Mix the following ingredients and set aside:
• 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
• 1 Tbsp Flour (hemp or rice)
• 2/3 cup Ketchup
• 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Vinegar

1. Rinse the pork steaks and let them drip a little.
2. Place each steak in the flour and spice mix.
3. Place each flour-coated steak into a medium-hot pan with oil in it and brown, only turning once.
4. Put the browned steaks into glass baking dish and top with the sauce mixture. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes let stand a few minute, before serving them warm!
